I have played with MVO2, but never with any serious time or consistency. Last year I worked up 64 sets of 8/8x24kg, but i got distracted by something shiny, which is the biggest probelem in my own training.

Kj's track record speaks for itself. I am looking forward to recieving my own hard copy of the book. I am at L2 in june, but not
L1.

Dave, I haven't heard you talk much about doing VO2 max yourself. Have you gone through the protocols? I've read your articles about the SSST and 1000 rep challenges--they sounded more flexible than KJs protocols. Are you scheduled for the June RKC? Your fans want to know!
