		<description>Great minds think alike, my friend.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Spiritual Journey is probably my favorite book ever, training or otherwise.  I read that one in about 24hrs... just couldn&#039;t put it down.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;After that it&#039;s a toss up between Dinosaur Training, Power to the People and Rock Iron Steel (although I would probably rate them in the order listed if I had to).  All 3 of these books opened my mind about different training concepts.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Nautilus Bulletins #1 &amp; #2 were eye openers as well.</description>
