I got a new tattoo yesterday, one I have been thinking of getting for a long time. The double-headed RKC eagle, the symbol of the RKC School of Strength. The photo above was taken with my Droid immediately after spending the better part of 5 hours on the table, so it ain’t the best image, but you get the idea.
I am really impressed with the talent and professionalism at Black 13 Tattoo in Nashville. I especially want to thank tattoo artist Steve Martin for taking the concept in my head and putting it in my skin. This is the place to go in Nashville if you are looking to get inked.

I like it but in my experience the underside of the arm really hurts so that must have been painful.

Very nice tattoo. I know that is a painful place to get a tat but we griveks are a tough bunch.

Very nice. Been considering that or even just a bell on my calf. And that’s an impressive expression of tolerance to o that much ink in that spot. WOW!!!! Excellent, Tamer! Looking forward to seeing it at the Summit of trength in OKC….Marc A Howard

Hey Joakim, your support for David’s tatoo it doesn’t hold good
you have pretty much the same tatoo on your left arm

I had to thank you for teaching me the bent press technique.
))))))
In a few sessions I can really feel connected now.
Can bent press with ease a 12+16kg (74kg BW) and I’ve accomplished this morning a 32kg… not that sharp as the 28kg…but certantly a good achievement for me
